I LOVE biceps. I do Tri's and Bi's on the same day, and it is my favorite day. Usually my tri's end up sore as hell and my bi's are fine, but recently I've been focusing more on my bi's and working them to failure in a lot of exercises. I do double arm cable curls, single arm cable curls, 21's, standing DB curls and incline DB curls. By the time I'm done I can't lift my arms, I love it. 8)
