Bicep muscle

I'm trying to lengthen my bicep muscle because its extremly small in the area near my elbow. What would be the best technique or exercise to do this?
 
Youre not going to change the length bro. Sorry but you pretty much either get low or high tie ins
 
whether or not drag curls will help you or not you should definately be doing them every other arm day.

they are a great way to build bicep mass.

hammer curls as well as a fantastic way to build a peak to your bicep. very few guys do either of them, its pathetic watching guys work their arms at the gym and do the same shit every time and wonder why they go nowhere.
 
Preacher curls, especially the bottom half of the rep.
Evan is partially right though, genetics play a large role.

Preach or not to preach, that battle has been going on for years and it is very much up to genetics if that works for you.

Personally I think seated incline dumbell curl's work well. Pretty much a drag curl.
