Well, imo you picked one of the worst sites to hit. The Bi's stay sore for days after an injection, at least mine do. I'll never do that again. Any localized growth is due to the swelling from the injection and nothing else.

They only stayed sore for two days. I will just do delts and tris on arms now though

Ok, 3 days after shots and my left arm is almost normal. Right arm is a bit crampy still and a bit red. Way better than yesterday though. I did chest and tri's this AM and it felt better after that for some reason. I imagine I'll be 100% in another day or so. Hope it hurts less next time!
