Bicep curl tips and tricks

I recently read a trick when it comes to doing dumbbell bicep curls where you should face your palm upward and then when you slowly curl you bend your elbow and keep your elbow close to the body instead of away
I noticed that the gym a lot of people don't follow that. do you think they're making a mistake or do you think that they are doing it the correct way and I'm the one doing it wrong. I always thought that you should feel tension as well in your upper arm when you do the curl

most people at the gym do not understand proper training. hell most clowns even on social media don't get it. they just know to stick their ass with gear and workout. they just get lucky. like throwing a dart at a board while blind folded lol

the objective to weight training is to TRAIN the muscle. when you do that it will get bigger and stronger. it isn't any more complicated

If you are looking to build muscle and strength, then the technique you described is likely the best way to go. However, if you are looking to increase your endurance or just want to do a lighter workout, then the technique that many people use in the gym is likely just fine.

reverse grip pull ups are the biggest for arms
