BFS Trooper's DC Training Journal

My DC Training begins tomorrow, so I figure I'll keep everyone posted on my progress. I'm embarrassed at posting up some of my numbers because I feel I'm weaker then I should be for my size. I hope to change that, however. Know that my family's history of back problems is part of the reason I don't go too heavy on back-related exercises. I'll get there, eventually.

Height: 72" | 6'
Weight: 177 lbs | 80.45 kg
Estimated BF: ~14% (to be tested)
Age: 17
Years Training: 2
Goals: Functional strength and size. Mainly wish to improve my arms which are lagging in size compared to everything else.

My diet is very simple and do the point, totalling 3852 calories on training days, 3560 non-training days. 348 grams of protein daily.

75g Dextrose consumed post-workout with 44 grams of whey protein and 2 glasses of milk (totalling 60 grams of protein).

Come tomorrow night I should post my work out if I don't have too much to do. If anyone else wants to make this a DC training journal for themselves also, feel free too. I want to see everyone's progress on this program.
 
sounds good bro dont worry about posting numbers, you will be a strong bastard provided you follow the program to the tee. Good Luck!!
