Ive really stepped up my cardio, and next cycle i will def hit the cardio much more intense. I figure that and to many calories before bed did me in. I think they mesured me wrong at drill this last weekend, becasue when ever i do it online i get this. My adominal is 35, my hips are 37in, my wrist is 7.25 in, my fore arm is 13in.

Your Results

You have 7.5% body fat.

You have 14.6 Pounds of fat and 180.4 Pounds of lean (muscle, bone, body water).

buy some digital bodyfat calipers. you can measure yourself at home. doing it online is not going to give you accurate readings.

Google "digital bodyfat calipers" they are cheap.

In this pic i think I tested out at <8%.

Too many people think that they need to eat all this fucking food when they are on or else they wont grow. A couple extra protein shakes and a solid diet is all thats needed. Anything extra will be stored as fat and cover up the gains.

Everyone's metabolism is different. For me maintenance is around at least 3000 cals/day. I could eat that little and probably not lose weight. For me to gain quality mass, I need to consume at least 2-3 grams of protein per pound of bodyweight a day, along with quite a bit of good fats. I can eat a ton of (good) carbs while doing this and not get fat. If I consume even a moderate amount of dairy I will store fat around my abdomen and lower back though.

I know people who have to really watch their carbs or they'll get fat. Not me. I can eat bread and pasta all day and stay lean.

There are some general rules you can follow, but everyone really is different.

Dairy makes me do the same. :worried:

Considering you ran dbol, I would assume that it's water also. I think once you sweat most of it out and shrink a bit from your cycle, you'll see yourself tighten up nicely. Personally, I would have ran or did more cardio than 20 minutes, twice a week during cycle.

For me, if I consume 3000 calories, I'll get fat! No bones about it. If I eat too much protein, I'll grow at the same rate as if I was eating 2000 calories and 200 grams of protein a day! It's insane..I've tried both ways - eating less or eating more while on cycle. Eating more = fat for me. I envy those of you who can eat a ton and never get fat. I'm currently about 12.5% on cycle..I have to watch what I consume, mainly calorie wise or I'll bloat up.. I think everyone is different in this aspect and we all have to find that perfect calorie and protein intake while on and off - almost a science....

Step up your cardio for sure...aim for 1.5hours a week and youll be feeling lighter everday with a clean diet. 40mins wont cut it.

I turn into a pig if my carbs are 2 high. But if I eat the same amount of calories with increased protein/fat instead of those carb grams = no worries. It is a shame bc i love me some bread & pasta.
