Better way of applying Topicals

Because of my schedule and when I need to shower I have a choice to make of when to apply my dermacrine and sustain. I know its better to put them on in the morning so would it be best to apply around 9am but have to shower around 5 or 6pm? Or to apply at night and not have to shower until 5 or 6pm the next day. Thoughts, suggestions?

i would apply after the pm shower. i think the most important thing is to keep it on long enough for max absorption. i forget what the exact amount of time is though.

actually, the write-up im lookin at here says

Apply product in the morning at least 8hr before bedtime to avoid insomnia. (...) Also, avoid swimming or bathing for at least 6 hours after application.

if its 6hrs, it looks like youre good to go.
