Better to do cardio after lifting to burn more fat?

I want to get more vascular, that is my number one goal. I have bulked up for a year now. I have a medium to fast metabolism. What would be the best cario session for me to get more vascular now?
Thanks!

If all you care about is seeing some veins, go buy some NO-Xplode and stop starting so many cardio threads. You'd be well-served by doing some general reading on exercise, fat loss, etc. instead of posting specific and ill-formed questions.

I beleive that cardio first thing in the morning on an empty stomach works the best. Then hit the weights a couple hours earlier. I have gone out and purchased an elpictial machine for my house I hit that as soon as I get up and hit the gym later thar day.

I notice that AM cardio after an overnite fast produces the most fatburning results. Just don't go overboard on it. 20-25minutes daily is quite a good number. Anything more and I feel things become to catabolic and muscle wasting. Getting your veins and whatnot though and burning fat is more about diet than about cardio. Thats not too say cardio isn't important, just make sure all you duckies are in line.

if you are doing one workout daily, then yes cardio second. you can use most of your glycogen stores for the weight/anaerobic work then get to burning fat quicker and you'll already have your heart rate more elevated.

Plus I think you get more out of you're weight training session if you start fresh as opposed to after a cardio session.

How you doing Nate?? :)

Couldn't agree more. All the am cardio in the world won't cut you up if you're not eating right.

You must eat right low carbs..But running in the morning is best because you have less calories to burn before you start burning fat..As for Cardio after a workout this would be good on a leg day..

I think I am gonna simplify my statement a little bit. So long as you don't do cardio before training or do cardio before bed and then crash without eating, I think its pretty hard to screw up.
