Best workout music

gopak and polka music... j/k :D
I don't know, lately I just lift with no music whatsoever... I just concentrate hard on what I do and try to do it right... it's nothing more irratating than ripping your earphones off and they hang on just one of your ears in the middle of your biceps curls, etc... I'm sure a lot of you experienced that...

NOTHIN PUMPS ME UP MORE THAN PANTERA ESP. WHEN IT COMES TO WORKING OUT. FAR BEYOND DRIVEN IS BY FAR THE MOST SICKEST CRAZIEST METAL ALBUM OUT THERE AND I FUCKING LOVE IT.

Far Beyond Dispute

ALOT PEOPLE HERE WHO ARE MENTIONING LINKIN PARK, POD AND ALL THAT WEAK SHIT TO BE METAL NEED TO GET THEY'RE FUCKING EARS CHECKED CUZ IT'S FAR FROM METAL.

Have to agree again, IMHO

SLAYER IS GREAT TO WORK OUT TO AS WELL AND METALLICA IF IT'S OLD SHIT. IT'S GOTTA BE "AND JUSTICE FOR ALL" IF I CHOOSE METALLICA.

And, he scores the hat trick on this one! (and Master of Puppets)

agreed...besides jungle (also known as drum n' bass) has been around for a while now and i don't see it going anywhere in the future...in general, people in clubs want to dance at some slower than 120 beats per second and with lyrics.

the uk is the place for dance music.
jungle is more jumpy then DnB. they are not the same. sorry.
house music paved the way for all dance music. funky house is wicked.
i love trance music for the gym. uplifting and gets u pumped.
happy hardcore is wicked as well. really fast and sets the tone for workout intensity. as does some good hard house.
but i love the cheesy rocky tunes when lifting hard weights.
e.g. robert tepper - no easy way out
and hearts on fire.

but dance music is by far the best because the regular beats just make it so much better. and easier to listen to. and it makes u wana dance which in the gym translates as making u want to move and pump hard.
