Best way to get ripped in 4 days.

Yes, you could cut your carbs to zero and take ECAs at a high level. You will lose some water, but most likely not enough for your friend to notice. I would watch out about doing this though. You say you're in the middle of a cycle. 4 days of crash dieting for a weekend with a "buddy" isn't worth putting a dent in your cycle in my opinion. If its a friend, what are they going to care what you look like anyway?
 
Well, Im going with a group of people, and I would like to look leaner. Being that Im not holding much fat at this moment, I can look even better by the weekend. Its not looking good for a specific friend. Yes, I would like to look good considering were going to Palm Springs and going to be around the pool all day, so basically I am taking a Keto approach for a week. I havent had under 15 grams of fat and carbs in the past 2 days and have been taking ECA. Anyways, thanks for all the input
 
Mr. Dank, this guy has a huge gut too.... But he always wears black clothes in the gym. He starts off with alot of situps and doesnt stop talking the entire time he is there.
 
You have to expend 3500 more calories than you take in to lose 1 lb. Good luck. Start three hours of biking per day which will burn apprx 1800 calories and lower your caloric intake by 875 calories. At four days you will have lost three pounds of fat/muscle and you could take some ECA and maybe see that increase by a pound,so four pounds of muscle/fat are gone. Then you could drop about two pounds of water with a diuretic such as lasix used properly. You could effectively lose 6 lbs in four days but you won't be at your best for the weekend. here is a trick .you wont lose any fat but you will create a illusion of looking leaner.when your shirt is off pull your pants right under your lats flex your lats puff out your chest walk around Presto its just like magic. alittle tip practice in front of the mirror so you get it right before you go in public.
