Guys, Im not talking about setting myself on fire, or undergoing lipo. The question is, what are THE MOST EFFECTIVE things I could do within a 4 day period to lose the most amount of fat that Im capable of losing within that 4 day period. Yea, it sounds kind of funny though. Does anyone have any serious suggestions, now that lighting myself on fire and liposuction are out of the way?
Well if you do have any experience with dnp I guess you could run it at a high dose for 3 days. I'd probably shoot for 1000mgs ed but realize this is enough to kill most people. Also start the lasix on the last day of dnp because it makes you hold water. I think this would be the quickest way to make an improvment but I think it would be very risky. Like I said if you don't know your tolerance level to dnp this would be a bad choice.
So if you eat 0 carbs and 0 fat for 4 days, amongst taking Eca, doing cardio, and taking a diuretic, your not going notice any changes? I think thats incorrect.
I mean, right, you arent going to get ripped, but i dont know why people are telling me liposuction and lighting myself on fire. Surely you can slim down a certain degree in 4 days.

take a buddy with a wet suit and go to the ocean(this time of year is perfect). Go out in the water for about an hour. You will go into hypothermia and burn off a bunch of fatt. Do research on hypothermia so you know the stages and dont kill yourself. I know of a few people that have tried this and it works. One girl at my gym lost 10lbs from it.
Thats kind of ironic, because ive heard the same thing from an old man that used to work out with arnold. Is this old man somewhat short and always works out in black clothes? You never know, its a small world
