Hey guys... Ok here it is. I got a last minute call from a buddy of mine to go out of town this weekend. Ive been holding a little fat around my stomache and was wondering whats the best way to get rid of it or reduce it to a certain extent within a 4 day period. Im on a test/eq/winny cycle and dont have to worry about losing muscle. Ive limited my carb and fat intake to very low levels and am keeping my protein intake high. Also, im taking 4 xenadrines a day and drinking plenty of water. I have alot of lasix on hand also. Obviously, doing cardio too, an hour on the bike a day. If anyone has any suggestions I would greatly appreciate it. Thanks a lot.
