I was thinking that I would warm some water on top of the stove, then pour the hot/warm water into a coffee cup with the vial sitting upright on the bottom of the cup. I suppose that I don't want the H20 to be too hot as it might damage the test. Any experience out there?
I had this problem with some UG gears that was shipped in winter time. It was twenty below outside. I just boiled some water the held onto the vial with tongs and moved it around in the boiling water. Went right back into solution and I injected it. It would crash again after it cooled but I just boiled it again with no problem. I was actually glad this happened. It was my first purchase from these guys and I didn't know if the gear was good. Well when it crashes like this you can see the crystals of what is supposed to be in there. I used them until they closed down. I loved their gear and it was at a great price.
