Right now I'm on the biggest cycle I've ever done and, of course, I want to get the absolute most out of it. Before I started this cycle I would do the Mike Metzer approach to training, ya know, one set to failure per exercise then move on to the next. Now that I'm on this cycle I wonder if that's the best or if I should move on to something with a greater volume of sets. What do y'all think?
