best tips and trix for reducing backpains?

I'm on my second day with dbol, 1½ weeks with testand today the sick pump began. Holy shit is what I can say. I have neve every felt this much pump before.

I'm from now on skipping glycerol and creatine as that will make me more pumped. My forearmes gets pumped from writingn this thit down and the pain is horrible.

At the gym today the pain was sick, I couldn't do those SLDL as a finish. I had to tale abot 4 minutes between each set to reduce the pain. I hope the femara will help with this when it arrives.

Anyone have a good tip to lower this pain?
 
Try lower back streches. My chiropractor taught me some that have virtually cured all of my lower back pain problems.
 
I tjhought of this as a miner solution, I'm on 20mg dbol per day

1: More magnesium, vitamines and minerals.
2: Try holding lesss water, as water will give a better "pump".
3: Try rubbing in ketotifen on the lower back area just before the session, this might take away some of the pain.
4: When doing legs, start with the movements than doesn't stress o the lower back and end with squats instead of starting with them.

Well I will try these out for next time. If the pain gets to hard to handle I will drop the dbol.
 
i've preached this time & time again..no need to put up with that shit..get some milk thistle...and before you say it doesn't work-remember we're dealing with supplement companies,some are a rip off,i've had brands that sucked...this it gold to me ,from nutritionexpress.com-----lindberg milk thistle standarized extract 80% run around 500mg per day........there is a difference!!!!!

I'll put that to the test as soon as mine gets here. I was going to use it strickly as a liver detox, but if it helps with the back pump all the better.
 
Would cramp reducing stuff help those pumps?? Taurine/Potassium/etc? Never knew milk thistle could help either, wish I knew that when tren was crippling my lower back.
