Research your diet needs and plan out a way to get those calories, believe me theres a way to get them even if it means carrying a cooler with you everywhere you go. It gets old but you see results fast as hell. Also kind of uncomfortable, youre full when its time to eat. Find a hard gainers diet and training schedule for bulking and try to follow it, see what happens. youll be surprised and probably forget about juice for a bit.
 
peanut butter is good but ull get a shit load of pimples bro,,, try tuna sanwitches, tuna and crackers. make like 3 cans in the morning put it in a cooler w/ ice pack and keep it in ur trunk. eat a sandwitch every 2 hours while ur at skool or work. if your in high skool ull have alot of trouble doing that but collage prof. dont give a rats @$$ wat u do. buy need2's book when it comes out were all waiting 4 that. and like sum 1 else in this thread said already and its the same with me, dont touch any more gear until ur AT LEAST 185lbs and over 23y/o..... food more important than gear
 
The BEST test is anything pharma grade. The other factors are cleanliness, strength and esters. Pharma Prop is awesome, but Dr's. usually prescribe
either Cyp or Enth.
