chicken strip(4) in the moring. Today at school i ate chilli and put gobs of peanut butter in it. Crilled cheese sanwhich and two peanut butter jelly sanwhichs. washed down with water. Research your diet needs and plan out a way to get those calories, believe me theres a way to get them even if it means carrying a cooler with you everywhere you go. It gets old but you see results fast as hell. Also kind of uncomfortable, youre full when its time to eat. Find a hard gainers diet and training schedule for bulking and try to follow it, see what happens. youll be surprised and probably forget about juice for a bit.
