When people say they eat anything they can get there hands on it usually comes out to below maintenance calories. I can tell you that if you were eating enough to put on size you would be full, uncomfortably full, all the time. It becomes a pain in the ass with how much you have to eat.

So put up a specific diet and add up the calories and then you can go from there. Diet is #1, training is #2, and gear somewhere after all that.
I cant eat all the time even though i would like to. My willingness to become big far exceeds that of most people. if you have tips on certain types of foods and quantites i will go to the grocery store. Also should i get on whey?

i was just answering the question. To be honest I didnt catch the 150lbs. I must of thought it was 250.

5'11" and only 150lbs and thats after Dbol gains. Am I missing something here? 6

I would think you should be concentrating more on eating than on what tes.t is best. You should be able to get up to 185 with a good diet and exercise.

What does your diet look like now? Are you ill - if so I'm sorry.

8and20, I'm surprised you never asked more ?'s.

Its your diet brother , + training may be off,, but diet first--- that diet you posted would be not even half of what i eat in a day while bulking, plus its not clean enough... i will pm you some quick easy meals,, but in general your protien is too low even at your weight.. you should shoot for at least 200 grams of protien a day even if it means adding a shake

i will still pm you, but as a basic staple lean steak, skinless chicken, egg whites, pasta, I hated having a hard time gaining mass for the longest time,, then I started to realize its almost a blessing,,, we can eat like most cant, we can cheat more often, and we can enjoy more foods... A good diet takes a lot of effort though and a lot of times you have to eat when your body is not hungry.. I have had to gag down meals almost puking every bite but you gotta get the fuel into the oven

I dont think anythings wrong with my training but it could be so here it goes:

Arms and Sholders:eod
Chest, Back, and Abs: eod when not on arms or sholders
Legs and compound exercises on Sat.
If you want specfic details on the exercises, just say the word

just to help bro if your hitting back/ chest/schoulders/legs biceps/tris real hard when you train I always was taught by bodybuilders hit hem once every 5 days or more at most. eat right and sleep enough if you hit them hard enough bro they have to rebuild. on or off juice. when I am on a cycle i hit them once a week and I get awesome results.

Since your a plat just do a search for "diet" - you'll get tons of posts. The amount of food you need to eat will seem unhealthy or freakish at first but it's what needs to be done.

Ok, I'm not flaming you on purpose either, but am I the only person who notices this guys sounds like he is in GRADE SCHOOL? Usually the lunch changes - school. Also, you are worried about bloat but you ran a D.bol only cycle? You ran a cycle when you weighed 134lbs?!
OK:
Age?
How long have you been lifting?
Ever tried N.O. and Creatine, or did you just jump into gear?

You could easily be getting more protein if you ate better, ate more, and also added 2-4 shakes a day each with about 20-40 grams per shake.

Started out at 134 and to be honest it's around 153. I eat as much protein as i can. I have school and a job so its hard to focus on the best things. When i get hungry i find something and eat. I dont drink soft drinks or chip or anything sweet. I eat vegtables and chicken, steak, ribs. Anything i can get my hands on.
I just got this account so believe me the questions will be comin.
I got a book coming out that will help you with that bro.

You do need to eat a hell of a lot more. Prob should not have jumped on the juice so soon ether. At least you are at the right place now and we can help you.
