I had my best squat night ever tonight. I haven't been focusing particularly on legs lately but I try to get squats in ever 7-10 days. About a week ago I got 3 very sloppy reps with 315...spotter assisted. It felt like crap. Tonight was a different story completely. Warmed up with 5 min on the eliptical then some stretching and one light set of leg extensions and one of leg curls. Finally one set of 15 with just the bar then got to work:

275X9 close to failure
315X6 close to failure...spotter was there but didn't touch it

I finished with 3 moderate sets of leg extensions and 5 sets of calve raises.
My legs are now shot...I could barely keep the shaking under control while driving home
