best pre workout sup?? anything new

i used the n2kts .....didnt do much for me. im not sure if i drank it wrong or something. i drank half then would sip the rest during my workout.....didnt do much for me. im wondering if i should give it one more try or try this pump3d.

Diesel : How much N2KTS did you take? I always do 2 scoops and I just chug it preworkout. I turn bright freakin' red for a few then I'm good to go. I might give pumped a try though.

i think thats where i messed up...and why i wanna give it another shot. rather than chug the entire thing before a workout i would drink half..then sip the rest of it during my workout.....i would do 2 scoops as well. i think i may give it another shot and just down it before my workout and make sure i dont dillute it too much.

I don't think the amount of water should matter at all though I do limit it so I don't have to piss half way through my workout. LOL. I tend to slam it right before I head out the door. I'm still turning pink when I arrive at the gym usually.

yeah im gonna try giving it one more try...id rather use a preworkout drink then pop more pills. i pop enough pilld right now

I never used a pre workout till last week, I got White flood and ive been getting the best pumps!! and last the whole workout with alot of energy, I havent had any other products so I dont know how it stacks up to others but all I can say i seen a big difference with this product and i liked it alot

N2KTS definitely works...maybe too well. I tried a sample pack from one of my orders and took it before leaving to the gym. By the time I got there my face and body was bright red and face felt like it was gonna fall off. After the initial effects wore off I did get a really nice pump from it. If I ever bought it I would prob have to use a half dose or something...

I love my N2KTS, i use 2 scoops and get the similar red effects+ some weird sensation across my back and into my ass.

The only thing is, i used it 2 days in a row and the 2nd day nothing the first time i ever took it was the best, i was like a squirrel on crack. I think the effects decrease as you go though, as thats what's happening to me :\
