I started at 184lbs, at my peak was sitting near 205lbs. I'm hovering at about 12% bf now.
I'm an ecto hard gainer (started at abt 125lbs), so I eat alot, but very cleanly - dont like sweet or salty foods, nor do i consume fried stuff. I've been doing this for a long time (14 yrs and counting), dont count cals, but this is what i roughly eat a day:
3 meals of 6oz chicken breast meat
1 meal of 6 whole eggs
2 protein shake meals with oats & raisins (breakfast & PW)
spread evenly throughout the day - a litre of milk, a cup of rice, 2 cups of greens & fruits, nuts
Dv2 cycle was good, no sides at all but i did not notice a major strength gain. IMO a good and relatively safe bulk cycle. Hopping on a beast cycle soon.
you lucky bastard lololol.. I got a few bottles of the orginal deiselbolan my self too. The deiselbolan 2.0 is still one hell of a good mass builder but the Orginal is just plan sick!!! I seen guys gain almost 50lb in 4 weeks of the Original and that is not making shit up ether. Go on this site posted some before and afters that would blow your mind.
Its mostly the methoxy that is giving you the extra size in the deiselbolan. You could take methoxy and add it to any other compound and get great bulk results out of it.
Everyone voting beastdrol lolol... Just not enough people trying dieslebolan thats all. Its way better for sheer mass then beastdrol... People just get caught up with how strong they get on beastdrol and how hard the muscle is. Not that this is a bad thing
Dieslebolan was definately better for mass for me, but Nate said it would be. And just FYI I had comprable strength gains to Beast on Diesle. Nate hook yo boy up with a bottle of the original, Come On Man!
