Hey all, been out of the fitness lopo for a while. Come back to see, as expected , a slew of new supps on the market. I'm wondering if anyone can give me some tips on what new supps are working well for promoting mass gains, aside from the usual whey, gear, and food lol. I see new creatine products out. Ethyl ester blah blah or whatever. What's the scoop on them also?
