Right now I'm taking some Chinese herbs (Ho Shou Wu and Cistanche), as well as Dr. Christophers Kidney cleanse for the kidneys.
They work. I was having some extreme back pumps from Tren, and I stopped my cycle short three days ago. I've been on Dr. Chris's and the Chinese herbs for four days and the pumps are gone already.
I have some Hawthorne Berry, Coq 10, and Garlic for the heart.
Some Milk Thistle for the Kidneys, and some Saw Palmetto on hand.
YES, YES, YES. I KNOW. N2GUARD, N2GUARD, N2GUARD!!!!!!
When I get some serious cash flow, I plan on getting me 2-4 bottles.
But for right now I need some cheap herbal remedies to keep my body healthy.
Who here takes herbs/support supps?
What do you take for your heart, kidneys, liver, blood pressure, lipids and cholesterol?
It's important for us to understand the risks that we take when choosing to take AAS.
I think taking support supplements is the key to ensuring us of our health. This should be an important discussion.
Please, leave out N2Guard for now. I know it's good stuff, but let's hear if there are any other "Ancient Chinese Secrets", so to speak, out there to keep us all healthy.
