I have no idea to be honest what my first cycle was as was playing rugby and the doc just hit me up once or twice a week with an inject so I suppose it was test...not very smart but it was late in my carreer and I was struggling to recover after games so wanted something to help.
Then once I retired and hit the gym full time I was working out with guys who were bodybuilders and some competing so got exposure to a lot of what was going on but this is still 15 years ago at this time. I remember my first cycle at this stage was I had a bright yellow plastic/synthetic, sachet/balloon of Test that must have been about 100mls or so and was for Bovine injections and clearly came from a vet. So this was my first cycle I did myself. I blew up like the shits..I can't remember how much I was injecting but it did the job.
I think the best first cycle would be lots of red meat. Such as beef heart, Good low oil fish, like salmon, trout and catfish. Could even throw in some tuna but make it sushi grade and eat it raw. Lot's of dark green veggies and pasta. Take all that with a good workout routine and you will grow.
