Depends what she can stand. I've dieted on egg whites, soy isolate, pumpkin and broccoli for weeks on end and didn't kill anyone, lol. She could try a 50:30:20 or 40:40:20, with starchy carbs being 100-140g or so, (depending on her stats) the rest of carbs veggies. If she eats fish she really has nothing to worry about, though - TONS of variety there.
