The biggest problem that I have with front squats is that I'm not able to clean rack the bar into position and the bar doesn't want to stay in place with the cross armed method. If it stays...I can front squat quite a bit. My best is an asy 441 done after 7 events, and completely raw and OLY deep. I feel like I could do upper 4's or 5.

Add that with about 3L of whole fresh milk a day, 1-1.5 kilos of meat a day, and 5 kilos of rice a week...and that is what I'm mostly doing right now.
