Best exercise for stones

In your opinion what is the best gym exercise you can do to help your stones. I am thinking the Zercher Squat.

I really like box squats with bands. When I'm box squatting with heavy band loads, my stones really seem to increase.

I've been front squatting 3x a week (and box squatting 1x a week) now for a few months and my stones are feeling pretty solid. Coming up from a heavy front squat with my arms high seem to hit my upper/mid back quite a bit as well.

I also like doing one arm dbell rows without the use of my other hand for support on anything. If that makes sense...

Nothing is like doing actual stones though...
 
yea I like the DB row idea I will have to give that a try! Front squatting 3x a week? WOW How are you mixing that up light, heavy, light?

The biggest problem that I have with front squats is that I'm not able to clean rack the bar into position and the bar doesn't want to stay in place with the cross armed method. If it stays...I can front squat quite a bit. My best is an asy 441 done after 7 events, and completely raw and OLY deep. I feel like I could do upper 4's or 5.

Harness or Sled
Partial Deadlift (pulled 705 x 6 from 14" Sunday)
Stones
Front Squats (to mid 3's or low 4's)
Grip and Abs

Tuesday:
Incline Log
Close Grip Bench
Front Squats (mid 2's with bands added)
Power Cleans and High Pulls (2-3 sets each)
Chins (2 sets)
Curls (1-2 light sets)
Abs

Wednesday:
Box Squats with Bands
Deadlifts
Snatch
Abs

Friday:
Front Squats (308-374 x 1-3)
Close Grip Bench
Hang Snatch (light)
Lat Pull Down/Face Pulls/Machine Curls Giant set x 2
Abs

Add that with about 3L of whole fresh milk a day, 1-1.5 kilos of meat a day, and 5 kilos of rice a week...and that is what I'm mostly doing right now.
