Diet it is spot on!!!!!!!

Im in my 6th week now and up 12lbs from where I started. I must have lost at least 5% BF though. My goal is to get my abs totally out, right now i can see the top 4 but they are not real defined.

I know that there is alot of sponsors on this board that offer weight loss cutting stacks but i'm not sure what is the best. Any feed back from someone other then a sponsor so i can get a biest opinion. What will get me the rest of the way by summer. I'd like to get to at least 12%.

Also to be completly honest i dont do cardio at all. Cant stand it!!! But i may have to start to reach my goal...ughhh
 
You need at least 6-7 smaller servings per day with some Protein in each, You can do this by eating clean whole foods,not processed.

as for a steroids Test cycle ending with anavar would be a good run.Just a suggestion.

So There is plenty of feed back and reviews on this product. I think adding need2slin along with forged burner Forged Burner would make a great stack bro. Or even stack it with lipoflam another highly talked about product LipoFlame

My diet is perfect right now. Which is why i think i have lost 5%bf so far. I just feel like i need somthing to take me therest of the way. Here is an example of what i eat

Meal 1
1whole egg 3 whites
1 Piece of whole grain toast or a whole grain wheat english muffin

Meal 2
1 whole egg 3 whites
maybe a banana or almonds
Cup of oats

Meal 3
1 Chicken breast
1cup brown rice
2 cups veggies (green beans, broccli, ect...)

Meal 4
1 whole egg 3 whites
low fat Yogurt

Meal 5
Talapia
1 Cup brown rice or Whole wheat pasta
Steamed Veggies

Meal 6
Bowl of bram flakes (skim milk)
or
Oats
2 eggs

Also in between i always snack on a couple protein bars and of course my pwo shake.
