I got it, I will start using it on Monday. Will keep results here. I will be using it in the morning, pre-workout, and before bed.

interested in seeing ur results as u are running it alone. what will ur diet look like?

My diet is very simple, very low carbs, very clean and mostly organic. Grilled chicken breasts, a few tuna cans a week, organic oatmeal, organic wheat germ, organic toasted wheat, organic raw eggs, all natty peanut butter, a lot of organic greens (celery, broccoli, carrots, spinach) all natty organic molasses, nuts, raisins, etcetera......
Very little natty sea salt, organic sugar when needed. Almost no dairy at all. Some cheese and butter once in a while.


If anybody has any opinion about the amount of carbs and need2slin, is welcome to post it! :)
 
it is a carbohydrate shuttling compound. your lunch may want to be "good" carb loaded since 2slin should "shuttle" it and other nutrients to your muscles and not for fat--per needto website. can't wait to get mine

The product will work in many ways. It can be used low carb,high carb,cutting or bulking. Trust me. :heart:
 
Yeah like needto said its so versatile, as your low carb your not going to see as dramatic results, but if you use 1 cap 4 times a day, 1 cap first thing on an empty stomach, 30 mins before breakfast, 1 cap midday 30 mins before your meal, 1 cap before afternoon meal, and 1 cap last thing at night on an empty stomach.

You would see more of a change though if you could eat at least 10g of carbs with each meal, but 15g would be better.

There are many ways though, but this method seems to be giving the best bang for your buck for leaning out and gaining lbm.
 
The fact that this product is so versatile and can be used pretty much year round is one of many things that really make it stand out and also be such a top notch product!!
 
I started using it yesterday!!
2 caps 30 mins before breakfast, 2 caps 30 mins before pre workout meal, and 2 caps before going to bed.

I slept like shit yesterday, so I wasn't even feeling like going to the gym, but I forced myself. I had A LOT of energy, endurance and intensity. However, by being the first day, I cannot assure if that is related with the supplement or not. It could be, but time will tell. Today is the second day, will see how it goes.

Only side effect, and I am not sure if it is the supp, I get some nasty heartburn for about 2-3 hours after eating. But I am not sure, maybe I ate something bad. It happened yesterday and today in the morning. I will monitor that too. I am waiting 30 minutes to eat after the caps. Maybe I should wait a little more?

will keep posting the results that I am sure will come....
 
Second workout today, and even though is too early to tell, the only thing I can add, is that my workout was AWESOME. Extremely intense, high reps, 30-45 seconds rest between sets, no fatigue, no tiredness, nothing. Just motivation and energy. Feel awesome. I really doubt this is some sort of placebo, but we'll see the progress in the following days.

Also, ate an hour after the dose instead of 30 minutes, and the stomach discomfort seems to be completely gone. However, I need to hear opinions about eating an hour after instead of 30 minutes. Am I fucking up the interaction of the food with the ingredients by waiting that much?

Will update tomorrow, and then Friday. Thursday will be rest. Friday will be legs. Interested to see any symptom on leg day that usually is a killer.

Yeah. Well, after an hour feel nothing bad at all. Today, I will gradually cut back to 45 mins first, then 40 and so on. Maybe is just that my nutrient processing system needed to get used to the high dose of ingredients, or just had something bad suck down there.

I'm glad we're all following each others logs! I lost 5 lbs In the first 3 days. Mostly you will lose alot of water weight at first! Two weeks later I was down 8 lbs. Your weight will fluctuate up and down, that's why some peep's experinence the bloat effect! Some people see this and give up. Need2slin has to be run at least for one month, the longer you run It the greater the results! If you follow my log I'll be running It for 2-3 months! Back to what I was saying. You will notice LBM Increase at a rapid pace even if your staying at the same weight, hence LBM. Vascularity and pumps should start Inreasing daily. I will continue to follow your guys logs and give any advice I can!
 
Great news the stomach disconfort has gone, your the first to note this wich is good, shows how everyone is different, your experiment seemed to work for you changing the amount of time after dosing to the time you eat.

3rd week on Need2slin.Muscles look fuller, more energy to do couple extra reps on every exercise.

As mentioned before, our carbon units react better to evolution instead of revolution in this dimension of time and space.

Yesterday was legs day, GREAT WORKOUT!!!!! I can really tell the difference. I don' know if everybody is getting this energy and endurance increase, but I can really tell it is for me, and proved that yesterday on legs.

I have also increased carbohydrates.

A sample meal for me look like this:

- 3 raw eggs
- 2 tablespoons all natty peanut butter
- 1 tbsp of all organic molasses.
- 1 slice of all whole wheat bread.

I switch eggs with chicken breast, wheat bread for oatmeal or toasted wheat, etc.

Another effect after 5 days, FRIGGIN VEINAGE! I go down to lift one of my cats, and my veins pop up in my biceps and front shoulders. lol

For legs, I spread the workout in 2: Yesterday was front (quads) todays is back (hams and calves). My quad workout looks like this:

- squats 4 x 10-12
- Leg presses 4 x 10-12
- Leg extensions 4 x 12-15
- Smith Machine Squats 4 x 10

Will keep updating.
 
One more detail. This is the first weekend after starting need2slin, and last night I slept 11 HOURS!!!!! that is awesome.

The vascularity is great, thats one of the firt things i noticed, that and the pumps.
Glad your sleeping good too, better sleep = better gains.
 
DJ, i'm feeling the extra energy and endurance fo sho! If you want the to feel like a god take two pills with 150g of carbs like I did today, workout was insane!!!!!!!!!!
 
Well, I do plan on trying even higher carbs, but I am very closely monitoring my body composition and bf. It has to be slow gradual changes. So far the product is AWESOME. It is and will be a MUST to stack with other high quality supps. I'm getting very dry and vascular.

Dry and vascular sounds good lol, its similr to what the other users are noticing, even those eating far more carbs than normal.

About 100-150 grams a day spread in 3-5 meals. I am slowly increasing now, with the purpose of testing the product. When you have a six-pack, is very easy lo lose it, that's why I am tweaking slowly. At the same time, when you have a 6-pack, is very easy to see when a layer of fat starts building up on the bumpy road. So will see how it goes.

Yesterday was rest, today is leg pain again! ;)

Regarding timing before workout, I haven't intentionally scheduled like this. But I get home around 6, take 2 pills immediately. 30 minutes later, I eat for example half chicken breast, 2 tbsp all natty peanut butter, half cup dry oatmeal. That is an average meal. Clean, least processed food. Now I am increasing carbs a little bit, for example adding more oatmeal, or adding natty toasted wheat. About 45 mins to an hour after that meal, I hit the gym.

After workout, I swallow immediately 3 raw organic eggs, a glass of organic cow milk, a banana and 1 tbsp of organic molasses.

So how many carbs afer the slin and before workout? I'd say around 40-50 grams, mostly complex, high fiber.

After workout, about 35-40, mostly simple carbs.

NICE bro, I too luv my organic food. Just remember Need2Slin works best within the 30-45 minute range but still is real effective for 2 hours after ingestion. The half life of GLUT-4 is 6-10 hours depending on the raw.

I am a very strong feeling you will not see a increase in fat and will get more muscle gain. If you start to see any just drop it back down man.

I started increasing carbs right now. My meal was:

- 1/2 cup oatmeal 27grams of carbs
- 1/2 cup red beans, 30 grams
- 4 oz lean swine meat
- 2 raw eggs

There's about 60 grams of carbs in that meal, almost completely complex. If we are picky, I added on tbsp of honey to the oatmeal, which is 15 grams of sugar.

A similar meal 4 times a day would give me around 240 carbs a day.
 
With increased carbs from yesterday, I am experiencing better performance. However, today I had a bad elbow pain in both arms. Went to do dumbbell flies, and my arms almost fell apart. I can isolate the pain mentally, but still, it is an indication of something. Could be dry joints from the supplement?

How much H20 are you taking in daily?
 
Yeah on need2slin, it acts as a mild diuretic in an internal way, similar to GM as it pulls all the water out of your skin and joints into your muscles, so drink more water!!
 
Weve talked about it with needto and the new dosing as its so strong a supplement will be 3 caps a day, and that means Need2slin lasts 6 weeks!!!

53 dollars for 3 caps a day of the strongest nutrient repartioner on the market, and it lasts 6 weeks, others are 1 or 2 caps for 4 weeks, and like half the dose, so this is great value.

182. Lost 6 pounds in fat and water. Will take a pic probably by the end of this week.
 
I didn't workout yesterday nor today. I took a couple days to desensitize the body from the daily routine. Will go back tomorrow. However, On Monday, I was 2 pounds heavier. Could be the increment in carbs, but one day says nothing. Will weigh again tomorrow and throughout the weekend.

So far, I am looking even more veiny, lean, and feeling great. I LOVE this product, and is a MUST to stack with other great supplements. After I finish this bottle, will probably take a week off, and get another one along with gear and bridge.
 
My Need2slin got delivered today :D never tried anything like this before so I'll stick to the recommended usage. Had 2 capsules today and I noticed the hot flush just before I ran 3 miles.
 
any update OP? (specifically pics, no homo :D) I'm sure it was a great run as N2Slin is an amazing product. Definitely a top nutrient partioner in my opinion
