Best CLEANSE You've Ever Done???
Thats my next move I need a full blaster...liver,pancreas,kidneys,colon,prostate if thats possible..whatever.The whole enchilada.

Mmmm.enchiladas...

drinking organic sleepytime green tea before bed is a great cleanser.. only downside is you will be pissing a lot during the night which could be a problem for some guys

this is probably a must during a cycle to do on occasion, i freakin hate getting up to piss 3-4 times a night though on it but it works well.

Go on a plant based diet for a couple of weeks...nothing but veggies, beans, fruits, anything that comes from a plant...for protein Quinua, beans, lentils...utilize BCAA supplements, like Gear from NTBM, and get creative, it will scrub your system. Yeah I know, no meat, fish, poultry, or dairy...but it will work well.

years ago i was kinda at a low point.. diet was crappy.. drinking too much etc etc.. got myself on track again and wanted to do a cleanse. it helped 'reset' me so to speak..i was glad i did and and ended up feeling great. here is what i did

i bought a ton of fruits and veggies and ate them all the time. I filled up a cooler, brought it to work, and had a bag of fruit that didnt need to be chilled. I had fruit/ veggies all the time. Once a day I would have a small/med size piece of chicken. Normally around lunch or before bed.

I did that for 2 weeks. Days 3-5 SUCKED everything else was great. I lost weight and 'felt' that it helped.

Looking back not sure if it did or not but I think I needed it mentally.

Now I just eat a lot of veggies everyday. Breakfast lunch and dinner will have veggies and 1 veggie snack a day. I drink around 1.5 gallons of water and just live a healthy lifestyle.

If you eat healthy and drink lots of water your body is cleansing itself non stop.

That must mean I'm cleansing myself non stop :)

my diet consists solely of:

- all kinds of veggies
- lots of tomato and orange juice
- different kinds of beans
- chicken breast and fish
- whey protein and waxy maize starch

acai berry cleanse and fat burn

Steve I bought watermelon and tea last night. Loved it. Doing nightly

I did the Lemonade diet several years back and it worked great. It is nothing but liquid for a week and it really works. I was running alot at the time and it worked perfectly. Its not for weight lifting though, because all you do is drink a solution. lemonade Diet. I wish you well

Since going vegetarian I have never felt better, never sick and bowel movements are regular and perfect. I have nothing against meat eaters but it just wasn't healthy for me, I"ve really noticed a difference since dropping meat (Red meat and Chicken), I still have fish (tuna, sushi) sometimes and eat the odd egg, rarely have cheese or milk(maybe once a month), I Haven't lost any strength or muscle mass and increased endurance

^^^ good point. and we've seen many posts from guys complaining of gastro problems. its likely caused by food poisoning from bad meat either from a restaurant or from home. if the meat sits in the stomach it will build up bacteria which doesn't get broken down fast enough.

can't go wrong with fresh veggies and fruit when all else fails.

I am doing it too right now.. started last night. had to piss 3X last night but its well worth it.

i am due for a cleanse, i really believe AAS does a number on the stomach flora. i'm also popping some NTBM pro-biotics .. 3 caps a day

Funny you say that ...My stomach is oddly fucked up lately. Nauseous constantly for month. Never had a weak stomach before...

just a side note.. cleanses can be good and all that but it is important to find a diet that works for you.

for some food combinations are important.. look into the gracie diet
for some dairy is a no no
for some wheat/gluten/grains are a problem
some need organice
some need low sodium
etc
etc

but its important that you find a diet that works for you and leads to a healthy life

i have always found fasting to help me regain foccus if I need it. If I notice I want to cheat more or something, I will do a fast and it seems to help me out

If you eat meat, you're not a vegetarian.
You need to void all meat to be one.

Any detox you chose, meat needs to be excluded. Add some good quality Milk Thistle as well. Some detox programs have the liver herbs already in them
Liquid fasts are hard on the liver actually

The COLONIX prgram is the shit( no pun intended) ive done it and it worx WONDERS!

Done this too. Helped me reset

just wanna add another cleansing tip.

sweat... lots and lots of sweat with lots and lots of water.

ive always used a sauna to help cut weight.. drop water weight.. but at the same time in order to 'be good' in the sauna you need practice so a lot of times after workouts, before workouts im in the sauna. its a great way to remove toxins from the body.

just drink a ton of water before and during the sauna.

ps.. ordering a new sauna for my gym and i cant wait!!!

i really wanted an infrared sauana for the gym but im just going w/ a regular one.

might get a small infrared one for the house.

I've got a small two person infrared and love it. It doesn't get as hot as the dry saunas but you can sit in it longer and sweat more. I still like the hot feeling of throwing water on the stones and the steam.

overgreen: can you pm me the info on your personal sauna
