Best cell phone company and package ?

I am wodering if you guys can help me out. I have decided to finally get a cell phone and was wondering who has the best deals. I know everybody has a cell phone so thats why I am asking. Please give me some info on what you have and your monthly bill. I am basically looking for:

1-no roaming charges
2-no long distance charges
3-500 anytime minutes a month
4-free nights and weekends
5- NO HIDDEN CHARGES!!!!!

I don't talkon the phone much at all so I don't need much minutes, maybe not even 500.

Depends totally on where you live and if you travel. Cingular is great if you live in a large city. If you go off the beaten path, they suck cock.

SBC is the leader here.
I do international calls and they even had a plan for that.

Next is ComCast, the big cable company. They offer a phone service along with TV and PC.
