everyone says Test Deca Dbol is the best bulking cycle, is it true for yall personally? and is it possible 2 get cut and see more defintion from this bulking cycle? i'm asking cuz i'm bout 2 run my 2nd cycle first was sus 250 8 weeks dbol 4 weeks at 20mg gained 20 pounds and bench went up 50 pounds. 2nd cycle will b test 300 mg deca qv 300 mg dbol 25 mg, i will eat a lot more and take more protein and eat better food. my goal is 30 of lbm and 70 pounds on my bench, think this is possible? thanx for input guys, never tried deca b4 so i wanna try it! is it good for strength as well as size? thanx! :evil:

Test, D-Bol, and deca are proven mass builders. I prefer EQ to Deca, but it's all good.
 
30lbs of lbm is unlikely....30lbs total is a good goal with test/deca/dbol....i dont know how much you will put on ur bench since its all different....but jsut remember as you go along your strenght gains will slowly decrease..

u mean decrease after i'm completly of cycle cuz i know that of course or do u mean after first 4 weeks when i drop the dbol?
 
well i mean like as your AAS usage goes on it will your strenght gains wont nessisaraly add 60 lbs to a bench every cycle....
 
oh yeah, first cycle i did ot horrible, only 8 weeks, ate shitty, worked on not as hard as could because i had no spot and had 1 protein shake a day, one! and i managed to put on 20 pounds w/ 50 pounds on bench. i'm on new schedule eating awesome, got a new partner so i can lift like a mad man and this time i'm adding deca and a little more dbol into the mix so i'm hoping for good results. this is 2nd cycle, wish me luck boyz!

You've got plenty of time, you're in the infancy research stage.....ahead of the curve for someone of your age.

If you are getting these kind of gains from a cycle then you were NOT READY to start using Anabolics IMO :o

NOONE should be gaining 25-30 lbs on ANY cycle...If they do its because they were NOWEHERE NEAR their natural potential and should have stayed natural for awhile to learn how to eat and train right to grow FIRST before turning to AS :o

Not neccessarily bro.I agree that you can lose gains more from anadrol than with any other,but if you do your cycle the right way,you can maintain and solidify your gains.Don't always mean that you'll lose gains everytime you use anadrol.

what about 15 pounds of muscle on a cycle, if i had been working out 3 years and could not put on any more weight and bench was platuead for a while,

You lose gains on every cycle. The only reason why it seems to be more on anadrol is because of the water weight gain. That water weight helps strength increase, though. My best gains ever were on Anadrol. It always brought me to a new level.

A couple weeks. Winny hits pretty fast. I get more vascular w/in a couple days... ;)

Be careful, BabyBi....

Halo is a bit rough @ 40MG ed.........I'd advise you to start out @ 20MG to see how it affects you, then go from there.

If you have no experience with it and drop 40MG you might not like how it affects you. Let's just say you'd better have self control or this drug is not for you.

then i dont think ill be seeing myself using halo...lol...i have developed a pretty bad temper since i have been back in the gym...its pretty weird..i used to be all calm and quiet...since i been back in the gym i like to start shit lol...roid rage without the roids...god damnit!

Winny sure does seem to pack on strength. I used it once for just 2 weeks at the end of my cycle when I saw my gains were slowing almost to a hault, and my strength jumped up almost immediately. I was surprised.

My only compound movements for chest are Incline DB presses and decline bench.....

No flys, no flat, none of the usual shit you bodybuilders do......

Inclines are the best movement for chest.......size, strength, stretch.....

I feel you on the incline, I always to incline first. No matter what. My chest has grown so much since I put the flat bench secondary and jacked up the upper chest. Decline, I used to do it because you can go REALLY heavy, 3 plates, and show off and all it really does is work your tris + shoulders IMO

the dynamics of the three lifts are all different.

Inclines are the best of all things.......chest, tris and upper chest strength.

Flat bench puts too much pressure on the shoulder capsule and rotator cuff in general......too easy to do damage when going heavy.....even if doing slow negatives. Overall I just don't see it as the staple of chest development anymore.

Declines like you said, DBBT, are for triceps and shoulder stability and strength......it's more of a control and balance lift.......I like to do heavy negatives on decline bench......see how much I can burn out the neural pathways.....it really keeps my chest, shoulder, tricep strength in unison which comes in to play for Incline.

I am doing basically the same thing right now here is what my chest workout looks like

Incline DB
Incline BB
Weighted Dips
DB Flyes Incline
 
Yes bro, u can get ripped to the bone cut on this cycle.... you will hold some or alot of watter though untill you get off the Dbol and deca.

30lbs....not of muscle....IT IS IMPOSIBLE TO GAIN 30 lbs or even 20 or even 15 Lbs of muscle in a 8 weeks.

You can gain 30 lbs of muscle maybe over a year or two if you are still early into lifting.....

The only person that will gain so much muscle so fast....is either a supernatural freak or more likely a person who never trained before in his life.

Dont wory about the lbs bro go by the mirror. You seem to have a fair understanding of the diferent juices. This cycle will do good for you. But set realistic goals.

what was that cycle instant?
 
1-8 sust niles 250 mg
1-4 dbol 20 mg ED

this cycle is gonna be all QV products:
1-10 Test E 250 mg
1-10 Deca 300 mg
7-12 Winny EOD 50 mg
