So i see everyones been posting questions on a few different threads about the 'best' atlas stone exercise, because like me, not everyone has 3-5 smooth balls of rock sitting in their garage (then again, some do). So i'm sure most of you know about this now, but theres a stone trainer called: Elite Stone Trainer. I personally think this is the absolute best Stone workout you can find.

Its literally just a 3' metal bar that you can put weight on or take weight off and you just lift it exactly like an atlas stone. Plus you can do much much more.
I bought this, and i must say it was well worth it, i have seen major improvements in my back and such.
Anyone have any better Stone exercises to share?
