yep, don't ever take too much G without telling somebody near you (and that will stay with you) that youre taking it. Or put a "I'm on G, I'll be okay in a few hours, so don't call the pigs, doctors, or my parents, and fuck off" Tshirt on, lol

No one has died from GHB. Period. Every case where GHB has been linked to death has been discredited.

Okay I don't usually do this but I can't take it anymore..............You're FUCK'N IDIOT!!!!!!!!!

Tell that shit to my boys that are 6ft under because of it and don't give me that "the only reason they died is because they mixed it with something".

Try this link out, my simple minded friend. After you click on it, at the top of the page click on "Tragedies"

That's some nifty propaganda. A simple mind would buy that.

Pushups.
Crunches.
Xbox.
Writing a poem for your GF.
Church choir.
Volunteering for the areas Meals on Wheels program to help deliver meals to elderly people and the mentally disabled.

Synpax is correct...!

It also depends what your goals are for the training you are now doing. If it's for a contest, you know better than to ask that question in the first place. If you're training for your own edification, then, do what the heck you want...

PEACE
Booger...

GHB has a very low rate of addiction. It does not have a rebound effect like benzodiazepines. If anything it is about as (probably less) addicting as your suggested weed.
weed isnt addictive, morish yes addictive no.i have read an ezine artical by Mick Heart were he tells you about his year long addiction to ghb and how coming off NEARLY killed him(I think the title to the articale was tears on a keyboard) tell me about someone who has done that on weed! (not flaming you just stating facts)

True.

I am not a professional body-builder, and nor do I ever plan on becoming one.

IMVHO, there's two types of AAS users out there---1.) Hardcore bodybuilders, competition quality....and 2.) Those intermediate-gym goers who pursue AAS to accelerate muscle growth/fat reduction beyond their plateaued and genetic (word?) limits that wouldn't otherwise be possible without the use of AAS. (example--typical frat guy).

I am somewhere on the latter boat. Thus, I will not give up great times just because I'm on a cycle. I think it's possble to get very good gains while taking rec drugs, or even consuming alcohol once in a while. My old roommate is the best example--Gained 40LBS!! and reduced BF by 3 or 4% on his first cycle (12 weeks, sust.). He used to drink almost every weekend, smoked weed on a daily basis, judging by the continuous aroma left in the apartment.

My goal was to see if there's any safe alternatives to drinking alcohol conducive to bodybuilding. If I had a choice---to enjoy college to the fullest, OR to do everything possible to gain every 0.001lb of muscle.. i would definately choose to enjoy my time in college, as I can postpone my super-muscular ambitions until after I graduate. However, I think it's still VERY possible to live a fun, comfortable, partying, lifestyle while in college, WHILE on an intense weight-training program, utilizing body-building supplements.
