Post workout consist of 50grams wheyprotein, half banana, some dextrose, no-fat milk or water, and blend it all together. Taste like a milkshake, so good

can you tell me the benifits of BB nelson?

It's not just a protein supp, it's really designed for mass gain. Yeah, it has whey isolate but it also has creatine, NO2, whole egg, Hydrolyzed rice suryp. But most important is the serum plama protein. It's simply the most anabolic non drug substance available. No gimmicks, no mystery. It's pure concentrated protein that is absorbed completely into the bloodstream. Expensive as hell but they kept the price very reasonable.

if you want to be the best you should put the best in you. :)

I use maximum complex (isolate, concentrate, egg albumen, with enzymes) by oz nutrition, tastes good and mixes up easily. Make sure you take an simple carbohydrate immediately after working out to spike your insulin level and help with the aborption of protein.

didnt see a website for them. got one?

You should be able to find it in small nutritional retail stores near by you. I think we're one of the first to put it on our website. Pics and stats arent up for it yet. But its like 56g of protein 230 calories, low fat, low carb, and 95% lactose free. I think its like pro complex but tastes a little better and mixes up easier.

Because everyone feels like cooking a high protein meal after a long exhausting workout?

high protein? you mean high protein and carb? and if youre that damn lazy then giveup because your gains will suffer if you rely on getting your calories from shakes.

True, protein AND carbs post workout. But shake calories are only inferior if the quality is low -- which is often the case.

I can safely say that the serum plasma protein in BIG BLAST is superior to any protein food source.

I like to use pree made shakes...if pf starts making them I would prob get them.I like them because they are so dame easy.there already there and I know I will use them.
