Bench - RAW vs SHIRT

I am interested in getting into power lifting. I already regularly do squats, deadlifts, and bench. I set a new PR at 275 lbs. the other day on bench press, no shirt. Approximately how much weight would that be equal to if I benched with a shirt?
 
Depends on the shirt. Depends on the length of you arms, and the strength of your triceps.
If it's a newer style high performance shirt (Rage X), expect it to take several months learning how to use the shirt for it to help at all.
An older style Blast shirt might give you 20lbs from the first day.
Try to find a Titan Fury cheap on Ebay. That way you'll learn how to use a modern style shirt, without spending a fortune.
You lift in Las Vegas?
 
If I were you I would google raw benching and pec tears. You will find an issue that seems to arise on lifts above 90%, but it takes about 6 month recovery, then about the same to get back to the same weight pressed.

Some seem to avoid flat bench, again this seems to be more prone with heavier weights. Just look into it...
