bench press program...

my opinion: that is an awful program
why: progressive resistance doesn't work after you have trained for a couple of years
a side note 3 sets of 8 tricep ext. is not going to make you bench 500 lbs or 400 even.
 
im gonna try the benchpress part, butim throwing in incline and dips for sure.. im basically gonna keep my current rouitine, just change the benchpress part.. i have a feeling it would work

This program has been around for years. I remember reading the article of of muscle media in 1994. When I was a junior in high school, I gave it a try and ended up increasing my max by 25lbs.

you could always try an 8week periodization PL bench program. they're easy to follow, you don't need to carry around a chart in shit:(

4weeks hypertrophy
4weeks strength

then there's always WESTSIDE (very complicated).
