Bench press PR 255x1

nice job! When you want to max out all you have to do for warming up is maybe one light set of 5 than a few sets of 1-3 to build up to the weight.

That technique doesnt work for me. I need some reps to warm up everything and get the feel for the weight.
 
Great job on the PR! Youll hit 300 before long! Im looking to hit a PR on the bench tommorow also. 315x6 or maybe 300x7-9 would be nice! Keep it up!

Ive seen guys do that and bust thier guts in the process..Just hollar at somone next time...nice lift btw!!!
