Bench Press for powerlifting

Just curious if anyone knows how I may obtain blue prints for a powerlifting bench press. I would like to build one up to competitions specs. Thanx

Need a few more details? USAPL's website (usapowerlifting.com) has the specs for their competition bench in the "Rulebook".
