Belviq - new diet drug - week 1 - awesome cutting cycle tool

Very very interesting.

I didn't see you mention it; have you got a prescription for it?

Prescription was EASY. I just asked my doctor. He had no problem with me trying it.

What was tough was finding a pharmacy that had it in stock. It may be better now, but the pharmacy had to call to get it in for me. Practically nobody had it when it first came out.

I don't think it is available UGL yet.

insurance cover the script?

I paid cash. Most people get Meridia because it is cheap and covered by insurance... But Meridia sucks big time.

My guess is this wont be covered for a while, but I don't know if a Prior Authorization will get it covered or not. It might.

I read George's article on Belviq and decided to give it a try. One week in I think this stuff will soon be a staple of many people's cutting cycles. It can best be described as "Will power in a bottle."

I wrote several self studies about DNP more than a decade ago (most notably when I tried to out eat DNP and found that at 600mg I couldn't out eat the drug.) My conclusion was that DNP was actually going to be useless to most people because although it was phenomenal for burning off body fat - once people went off their 2-4 week cycle everybody put the fat right back on.

I came to believe that DNP should not be considered more successful than behavior modification, ie diet and exercise.

But that is the problem. Most here can increase exercise, but dieting aka calorie restriction aka eating less sucks. You can feel tired, low energy.., and come nighttime the will power fads and you start eating.. undoing the entire days effort. The next day you start the same vicious cycle again.

Let's face it... Dieting sucks.

My first thought on Belviq was "Hey, I don't feel like crap." in fact, I actually felt fresh and energized... Ie, normal. There is no speedy amphetamine like effect from the drug... But I actually felt normal... The kind of every day healthy happy that makes it easier to stick with something. I cut calories to 2,000 a day and am keeping it low carb and low glycemic as best as possible. So far I've dropped from 233.8lbs to 228.8lbs, but what is most noticeable to me is how easy the first week was in sticking like glue to my diet. I have had NO carb cravings, no temptation to cheat at all... And I feel good on what I am eating.

Getting away from the psychological "down" of dieting is making cutting calories a breeze. I'm boxing and kick boxing 3 hours a day... Weight training 45 min 5 days a week.. and so far I am high energy and feel great. (I'm also sleeping well. Cutting calories usually causes me to be restless... But so far no problem.) that's why I am calling this stuff will power in a bottle. In reality, will power is the key to a successful diet.. and so far this stuff rocks.

I will try to update this weekly. I am trying to go down to six pack abs.

Age: 54
Starting weight: 233.8 lbs
Current weight: 228lbs (week 1)

Cutting cycle:

400mg test enanthate wk
200mg masteron wk
300mg EQ

now that's a testament worth watching

Week 3 Update

The awesomeness continues!!!

I am so happy with this cutting cycle. I am now 220.2 lbs... Down another 4.2 lbs.

I haven't felt at all hungry... So I dropped my calories this week to about 1500. The drop was easy. I feel great, have lots of energy, am sleeping normally - and I'm training about 3 hours a day.

This is the first time cutting has been this easy.

I think in another week or so I will start seeing abs. :)

This is going to be my last update.

I'm now down as of this morning to 216.7 lbs. My abs are starting to show up... and in another week or two I'm definitely going to have a 6 pack. This has been the easiest cut of my life.

All in all, I can't find anything to complain about. This stuff works for exactly what I think most people need - getting rid of food cravings.

It doesn't burn fat.

It doesn't make you lose fat.

But it does make cutting calories easy and that is what you need to do in order to lose fat.

I suspect this is going to soon be standard for cutting cycles. I've used other appetite suppressants. They don't work like this. I haven't found a explanation for why Belviq seems to be a better alternative to other appetite suppressants but it seems to be. It just makes it so sticking to your diet isn't a daily challenge.

I worked out my daily meal plan in advance.

I stuck with it.

I'm going to drop for two more weeks and then maintain. My goal is to get down to 210 lbs... which seems way to easy at this point to even continue posting about it.

Use it with a sensible program like Weight Watchers and you will succeed.

All the articles I have read about it have said some nasty things about it. Your experience is completely different.

I read all the same articles. Truthfully they almost made me blow it off without trying it.

My belief is our crowd tends to be educated users. It doesn't matter what results a less motivated group gets. We are always going to try to max benefits.

Btw... I am seeing abs.
