High bodyfat levels can have an impact on your hormonal levels (estrogen etc), so many times dropping bodyfat is the first goal you should strive towards before using any chemicals.
Sorry, I meant to add that to my last post and forgot. I just measured with calipers (chest, ab, thigh) twice and my girlfriend twice and we both got an average of 12% but could be less if anything. I am not a big or soft person never have been I stay pretty lean.
