Hey guys. I haven't been able to really work out since about mid-May. I probably won't be able to until the beginning of September. This obviously is a long lay off, at least I would consider it so. I'm 6'0" and was about 175, probably more toward 170 now. I've been working out for 2 years. I've run the 5x5, although not consistently.
My question is, should I begin a new 5x5 in September, or because of the long lay off should I work on the 3x5 for a bit.
