Before & After Pics Test/Mast/Var cycle

Great gains. If you will, please elaborate on your diet, training and cycling. Thanks
 
Thanks for the positive feedback, im very pleased with the results now hopefully i can maintain it while bridging until the next cycle.

Weight before cycle: 181 lbs BF:10% height 5ft11"
weight in picture about week 14 - 195lbs BF:8% ??

Cycle consisted off:
weeks 1-5 Test Prop 100mg EOD
Weeks 1 - 10 Test Enanthate 375mg/week
Weeks 1 - 10 Masteron Enanthate 600mg/week
Weeks 7 - 12 Anavar 60mg/day

Pre PCT
dropped the test after week 10, took only masteron 200mg/week (weeks 10-14)
Week Also started Hcgenerate week 10

PCT started after week 14
Clomid 50/50/25/25 Hcgenerate, unleashed, post cycle, DAA, Osta Sarms .25mg/day

Currently into week 4 of PCT still holding 193lbs although bf has slightly increased as i have not been eating too clean often enough.

Diet was basically TKD so carbs only pre and post workout for the first 6 weeks, approx eating 4200-5000 cal per day.
When i incorporated the anavar i switched to a 40/40/20 P/C/F split and dropping calories down to about 3200 per day and am still continuing on this split through PCT.
Diet was always clean with the exception of one or two cheat meals on a sunday.

Training split was mon, tue, wed, Fri, Sat with thursday and sunday as rest day. I would train 2 body parts per day in one 1 1/2 hour session.
Into pct i dropped this to a mon/tue thu/fri split training all body parts in the week only once.

After this week i plan on jumping on to bridge, phytoserms and continuing with the osta for another 4 weeks.

Am happy to help with any other questions or bros looking to follow a similar cycle.

Very nice , and your doses are excellent. It says alot reference your training and diet that you are in week 4 of PCT and have maintained your gains. So many people fail on there PCT and lose the majority of there gains due to poor PCT and improper diet and training. I commend you, on a job well done!
 
notice in his first pic his legs are built.. he already had a strong trunk/base.. that allowed him to excell in his cycle and not have to spend it chasing his genetic potential. he obviously already has his conditioning down and was able to take it up a notch on cycle

EXACTLY! newbies take note. You can't build on nothing. You need that foundation in the first place in order to enhance it.

1. Diet: did you prefer the TKD style dieting, or the 40/40/20 diet? Notice any difference when changing the diet? And finally why did you change the diet?

2. Notice any hair shedding with the masteron enanthate?

3. Did you have any need for an AI while on cycle? (I'm guessing no because you're lean, and the masteron...)

4. You were running nearly 1400mg/week with the var included, did you ever feel like that was an extreme amount and you were doing something completely outrageous? (This is not a serious question).

I prefered the TKD diet only because the meals where nicer, as you could use more good fats ie olive oil, cream, cheese etc
I found it easier to eat more calories this way enabling me to bulk up in the early stages. I changed to the 40/40/20 around week 7, i did this so i could start leaning out and take full advantage of the anavar and masteron together.I def noticed a difference when i changed over and that was bf droppping.

I had a little bit of hair shedding from the masteron but that only happened for the first 3-4 weeks then it stopped, maybe it was paranoia.

No ai was needed, the mast kept me fairly dry.

I found my doses to be really good, i got advice from Radar on my doses and they worked out extremely well with NO side effects at all. Was horny as hell though throughout :)

1395/week with the Var :) It was a joke anyway though bro, you look good and worked hard for it.

didn't think of it that way lol maybe that was a bit high.. all good though bro. var didnt bring on too much of a change, think i would of got the same results without it. masteron was incredible!!
 
and yea regarding the tan it was winter down here in Australia, got a little MT2 to help me out :)

How good is mt2 man, I've used 3 mg and few days of sun and I've had to stop because I'm darker than the end of summer haha. Summer is soon and you're hell ready for it bro haha
 
You need to blow up those traps

any suggestions how... i currently hit them on my shoulder workout
3-4 sets of 8-12 heavy barbell shrugs on smith machine or dumbell shrugs. only really do 1 exercise for traps.

not sure if i should be doing them on back day or shoulder day??
 
Just keep them on shoulder day. Do a few warmups sets for 10-12 then do 5x5 as heavy as you can go without fucking up your form. Barbell

sweet will give it a go. Do you suggest shrugs in front of your body, or behind your body so bar hits your ass?

PCT finished last week.
Current weight 190lbs
Can say that i have been really pleased with my PCT recovery and must say that adding Osta sarms during this really helped.
Now to bridging until the next one!!!
How do you guys bridge???

Many people here talk about a product called "bridge" but I have no experience with it though.
