Been off the boards for about 6 months....a guest of the government. a lot of changes!!!
good to see Eddymerck is a Mod now, he was always a good bro
I gotta get used to the new look and features etc.
fortunately I didn't miss a beat working out, I just had to get creative. And no, my time away had nothing to do with juice. Good to see EF is still the place to be in terms of diet, exercise, juice etc.
gotta fly at the moment but i'm sure i'll be back to spending 3+ hours a day on the boards.
