6 hour half life is SPOT ON
I took a 10mg dose at 2 PM yesterday and by 8 PM I was ready to kill some shit. Pump, workout intensity, strength was immediately up.
I took a 10mg dose this morning and I felt insanely aware and ready to lift - I didn't need my normal coffee or stim supps.
I took another 10mg dose at 1 PM so by 6-7 PM my workout should be insane. I'll still to 20mg ED unless I feel the effects taper off. Let's see what this does in terms of body composition on a week by week basis. I feel it's going to be a kick ass ride
