I just ordered this stack (thanks for the code needtogetaas)! Anyway, this im my first time, I guess I could be called a gear noob. I am just wondering how I should go about taking it? I have read through this thread and I have seen a few different options.
My stats, I am 6'5" 238lbs. Been a basketball player all my life so I have that prototype body shape. Long, lean muscles. School has recently put about 20lbs on me and I am kind of using this to both get me an edge on the court and shed a few pounds. Any ideas on how I should approach this cycle?
I guess ultimately I am looking for what I should eat, and how to go about this. I wouldnt mind a few inches on my vertical but at the same time, Id like to be strong enough to throw people around down low. I typically do cardio every morning for an hour, head to the gym, lift about an hour, then play basketball for a few more hours. Any ideas?
