Beastdrol & Katanadrol stack question

My buddy is going to be running this stack 1 week from now. Looking to put on at least 15-20lbs of lean muscle and increase strength. Diet will be calorie surplus (400 grams protein, shitload of complex carbs). Want to keep gains and come out with same bodyfat (give or take 2%).

My simple question is would it be best to take the Beastdrol and Katanadrol at the same time for 4 weeks together or to run Beastdrol weeks 1-4 and Katanadrol weeks 4-8?

How long does he want to run it for? You can do 3 caps each for 30 cays, or 2 caps each for 45 days.

He will see better results with them taken together vs one after the other.


The 3 compounds are Test, DHT, and nandro derivatives and will will work synergistically for optimum results.

And I hope you do understand that "expecting" 15-20lbs of lean muscle in 4-6 weeks is unrealistic. I don't think anyone expects 20lbs of lean muscle from a 12-week injectable cycle, so the expectation should be set realistically.

I have zero doubt he will get excellent gains, but expecting a big number is never realistic. 10 lbs is a realistic expectation. Though, check out some of the reports from bros here have gotten over 10 lbs of gains.

If he's doing 400grams of protein everyday and tons of carbs, he's gonna make excellent gains in strength and mass without question.
 
We planned on 30 days of 3 caps each.

I understand that 15-20lbs seems a bit much in a 4 week cycle. But he will be running a heavy duty diet and very hardcore weight lifting program. On my 9 week cycle of 250mg Test E and 200mg Deca, I went from 183 to 216lbs. The 216 was a little bloated, don't get me wrong, but when all was said and done, I got to 206lbs at same bodyfat as I started. That is 23lbs in 9 weeks. I think that with a better diet than what I followed and with these 2 drugs, 15+lbs may be possible. It's the goal anyway and why not shoot for it! I'll take before and after pics of him and post it up on here for you guys.

Now, realistically, I'd be happy with a little over 10lbs of solid gains...but I think 15 is achievable.

And thanks for the explanation bro. I'll have him run them together since they both work well with eachother. I just wasn't sure which way was best to run them, but I'll definitely have him take advantage of the synergy betweeen these two compounds.

Bro, at that BF % you need to eat clean carbs, and not too many. With that BF level you should be able to shred BF and gain lean mass nicely on this stack.

350 grams of protein, 300gams of clean carbs (low glycemic like sweet potato, brown rice, oatmeal etc.) and 80 grams of fat everyday.

Follow that, avoid sugar and simple carbs like the plague and you will be extremely happy with your results bro.
 
I use a post workout shake that has 50g of carbs and most is sugar. Should I avoid using it during this cycle?

What are yo using for PWO?


Get in 50 grams of waxy maize instead of sugar. TrueProtein has it the cheapest I have seen and all of their products are quality.

A post work out with simple carbs is ok. Something with better carbs like better protein bars would be much much better though. Needtobuildmuscle.com is the place to get the bars. Honey has shown to be a munc better source of carbs post work out.

Waxymaize is ok too.

Use fitday.com bro. You can plug in quantities.

I didn't add it up, but by a quick glance it looks to be about 250 or so.

Bump your meat prortions to 10 ounces each.
 
IMO 3k calories is way too much at 190lbs and 20% bf...I would drop the protein by 50-100 grams and maybe half the carbs and fat....at 20% bf just gotta have a much lower calorie deficit.
And I also think much more work should be done naturally before using this.

Pretty similiar to me, I just have stuff in is a bit different (50 gram shake meal 1, 50 gram shake meal 7, meal 2 is the eggs). Good stuff man! :p
 
So I purchased Katandrol and Beastrol. Would it be better to split it into two cycles? One for bulking and just dropping some body fat while using the Katandrol to cut later on? Just asking cause I saw a previous post saying that both werent necessary for a cut.

Or should I save both for after I cut and it use for a clean bulk?
 
So beastdrol for 2 weeks by itself and then Katandrol+beastdrol for 2 weeks then just finish with katandrol on the last 2 weeks and straight into PCT?
 
It was only my brother's second day on the beast/katana stack. He definitely had more "fire" in the gym. He was doing great with drop sets and was hitting the pounds very hard. Can't wait to see his progress these next couple of weeks!
 
OH man bro, sorry to hear about that. I almost had a problem like that with diesel but I was getting like 3/4 boners, so I just powered through with a 3/4. I just went ahead and started a bottle of sustain early and then bought another bottle online. That sustain stuff makes everything strong like bull!
 
I'm going to be starting this stack soon, how did the stack work out for him?
I think he's around 19lbs heavier. No bodyfat change. If anything, he LOOKS leaner but it could just be the water weight being sucked out.

His strength drastically went up. 55% increase in arms so far. Not sure about chest + back, but I know he is pushing much much more weight than before in every exercise. Shoulders basically tripled in strength and they now have a great shape to them. He also has some very nice, what I like to call "juice veins." Looks great and a total change all around.

The side affects he has told me about so far (week 3 I think) are he's thirsty, sometimes he gets extremely tired, sometimes he gets very hopped up (always hyper in the gym), a little more aggression and a SLIGHT case of "roid rage." That's about it. No gyno, hair loss, limp dick, etc.
 
I'm going to run this stack next, can't wait! I just got done running a 6 week h-drol and katanadrol cutting cycle. I gained 5 lbs and dropped a considerable amount of bf! For the first time ever I can see veins in my abs!
 
I just ordered this stack (thanks for the code needtogetaas)! Anyway, this im my first time, I guess I could be called a gear noob. I am just wondering how I should go about taking it? I have read through this thread and I have seen a few different options.

My stats, I am 6'5" 238lbs. Been a basketball player all my life so I have that prototype body shape. Long, lean muscles. School has recently put about 20lbs on me and I am kind of using this to both get me an edge on the court and shed a few pounds. Any ideas on how I should approach this cycle?

I guess ultimately I am looking for what I should eat, and how to go about this. I wouldnt mind a few inches on my vertical but at the same time, Id like to be strong enough to throw people around down low. I typically do cardio every morning for an hour, head to the gym, lift about an hour, then play basketball for a few more hours. Any ideas?
