Beastdrol for BJJ???

I am currently active in BJJ. I havent competed in a while and I am looking to start hitting the weights again to get some strength increases while also maintaining my cardio for tournaments. Would I be able to train with beastdrol and will it have a negative effect on my cardio?
 
I recently ran a beastdrol cycle at 30mg each day, I train BJJ 3 x per week.

I was fine for the first 2 and a half weeks but the last 10 days were hell and the shin and arm pumps were unbearable!

Had to cut the BJJ down untill well into PCT, I tried 3G of taurine per day which did help

I wouldn't take beast close to a comp!
 
go with 20mg a day. drink a ton of water. take LOTS of taurine. try to avoid dosing before BJJ.

That should help.
 
Ok beastdrol arrived in the mail yesterday. Still waiting on PCT but I have post cycle double pack from needtobuildmuscle.com on the way. I plan to start off with 20mg and see how I feel. I'm currently doing strictly bjj 2-3 times a week for an hour with no weights. I plan to start adding weights into the mix whenever time permits, at least twice a week on top of bjj. Time is definitely an issue for me so im lucky to have ok genetics. current stats 6'2" 220.4lbs bf% ????
 
dont add beast if you cant lift.. it will basically be pointless.

find 30mins 3x a week to lift.. wake up an hour earlier or do whatever it takes
 
look into wendler 5/3/1

still im not sure how much you will get out of it.. im sure you will get something but you are basically wasting it. it also might impact your training negatively.

if you dont mind keep this thread updated with what you are doing.
 
Why would you take an AAS and NOT LIFT WEIGHTS? I would drop the beast for the moment and get your lifting routine in check first, you'll see more results if you actually work for them.

I never said that I planned on taking it and not lifting weights? I said that I planned on starting to lift again. Sorry for the confusion.

I think what theyre trying to say is that people think taking PH, Strds, etc. is a way to "cheat" mother nature...but in reality if you havent put time in to get to your natty potential, youre just fighting a loosing battle, since as soon as your done and begin the mma stuff, your going to loose all or most of what you gained, along with the money and time. Why not look into what the best natty stuff you can do is...id pm Radar...IMHO.

Didn't mean to go off on the OP like that. I was saying he needs to lift first to expect any results in his physique before considering AAS.

You're right though, he needs to focus on reaching his natural potential and even then he may lose everything if he chooses to cycle without proper weight training.

Ok here's an update. After week one weighed in today at 228.8. Pretty suprised by an 8.4lb gain. Training is going well and I notice good pumps that last for a while after working out. As far as side effects I experienced a minor headache the first two days, not sure if it was from the beast or not. What I do know is that it makes me tired, espeically at work because i'm sitting at a desk all day crunching numbers. That is my only complaint so far, everything else is good :)

I absolutely hear what you're saying. Unfortunately time is a major issue so that's why i'm taking a shortcut.
 
thanks for the update. carbs generally help people get over the tiredness. headaches can come w/ high blood pressure. are you taking anything for high blood pressure or monitoring yoru bp by anychance?

Yes bp is good. Im about to finish my 4th week tomorrow and my bp has only been raised slightly from 108/72 to 120/84. Headaches havent been a problem since I last mentioned it so it was probably just a one time thing. My weight is up to 237.6 now and I feel pretty good when im rolling. I must say I wasnt expecting those kind of results from something like this!
