I usually lift hard every third day then take 2 day breaks for recovery. I have been on beastrol for only 5 days . The recovery time is unbelievable. I did 10 sets of dumbell presses hard yesterday .I mean really ripped the hell out of my chest. Normally I would take 2 days off then repeat on third day. After I felt the cheat heal. I was able to do that workout again (pluss some) today , Less than 20 hours after my first workout
SHOULD I CONTINUE TO TAKE 2 DAYS OFF BETWEEN WORKOUTS EVEN THOUGH I AM QUITE CAPABLE OF DOING IT IN LESS TIME? I don't want to overtrain!!!
