Hey guys 6 foot 180 pound,cycled with dbol and var before but never the beast!heard it was harsh any tips on it would be great,I'm training 5 by 5s,chest tri,back bi,off,legs,shoulders trap finishing each set with a high rep chaser of 15 reps.taking dymatize super mass gainer,jack3d,size on max,ce2 platinum creatine tabs and a multi.any suggestions?oh and erase for the pct
