Well, all the hard work is finally about to pay off as I head to the beach for the first time this year...anyways, my question is I've been following a relatively low carb, high protein diet for a while, but I was wondering if it would benefit me to maybe carb load before the beach to make me look full (I feel like I look like flat now). I was also wondering if it would be a good idea to maybe do some morning cardio before heading out..any suggestions of something or anything I should do before heading out will be greatly appreciated.
